Cosmopolitan

- 1 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
- Lime Wedge
Mixing Instructions:
Shake liquid ingredients vigorously in a shaker with ice. Strain mixture into a
martini glass and serve.

- 1 1/2 oz. Tequila
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 2 oz. Lime Juice/Margarita
Mix
Mixing Instructions:
Rub rim of cocktail glass with lime juice, dip
rim in salt. Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into the salt-rimmed
glass, and serve.

Lemon Drop Martini
- 1 1/2 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar/Simple Syrup
- 3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
or Sweet & Sour Mix
- Lemon Twist
Mixing Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake about 30 times to make
sure the sugar has a chance to dissolve. Then strain into a martini glass w/ lemon twist.

Mojito

- 2 oz. Light Rum
- 1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 4 Mint Sprigs
- Soda Water
Mixing Instructions:
Lightly muddle the mint and sugar with a splash of soda water in a mixing
glass until the sugar dissolve and you smell the mint. Squeeze the lime into
the glass, add rum and shake with ice. Strain over cracked ice in a highball
glass. Top with soda water, garnish with mint sprig and serve.

Mixing Instructions:
Pour vodka and coffee liqueur over ice cubes in glass. Fill with light
cream and serve.

- 1/2 oz. Vodka
- 1/2 oz. Gin
Gin
- 1/2 oz. Rum
- 1/2 oz. Triple Sec
- 1/2 oz. Tequila
- Sweet & Sour Mix
- Splash of
Coca-Cola
- Lemon Garnish
Mixing Instructions:
Mix all contents in a highball glass over ice. Add splash of Coca-Cola
for the coloring and garnish with a lemon.
